Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do. However, if you do wish to return any of your purchases please email us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please return goods to us within 14  days of contacting us. Where items are not damaged or faulty the cost of the return will be covered by the customer. Items must be returned undamaged with original packaging, including tags and labels intact. We endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days of us receiving goods.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

We deeply apologise if you receive faulty or damaged goods, we take great pride in our packaging and a lot of work goes into ensuring your item is wrapped to the highest standards in order to avoid damages. In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can email us at info@vibeandvessel.com and please include your details, order number, phone number, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will cover the cost of the return by sending you a return label, once we receive your damaged item back to our warehouse a replacement will be issued to you. If you do not require a replacement, a refund will be processed to the payment method used during your original transaction with us.

Items that cannot be returned:

Custom made bespoke orders, non stocked items (items that are sourced especially for the customer)and clearance/sale items.
