Shipping & Delivery

We are based in Ireland and offer free nationwide shipping.

At Vibe & Vessel, we want your new pieces to arrive smoothly and safely. We work with trusted delivery partners across Ireland and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

In-Stock Items

For items currently in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 weeks. Depending on delivery volumes, it may even be sooner.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you love is not in stock, we’ll contact you with the expected lead time. At that stage, you’re welcome to cancel and refund your order if the timing doesn’t suit.

Smaller Items & Accessories

Smaller items - such as homewares, cushions etc. - are typically dispatched within 3 - 4 working days, depending on order and courier volumes.

Preparing for Your Delivery

To ensure a seamless delivery experience:

• Please make sure there is enough space for unpacking and assembly (if pre-arranged).
• Check that doorways, stairways or lifts can comfortably accommodate your new piece.
• Before delivery, we recommend moving any delicate items out of the way for safety.

Our delivery team will always take great care when bringing your items in. If they believe that delivering to a particular room may risk damage to your home or the product, they’ll chat with you about an alternative location.

White Glove Assembly Service
Some furniture pieces require assembly - this will be clearly noted in the product description. For added ease, we offer a White Glove Assembly Service, where our trusted delivery partners can carefully assemble your furniture in your home upon delivery.
